Cancellation Policy
Deposit Confirmation Fees: The deposit confirmation fees for makeup services are nonrefundable. This fee is required to secure the appointment slot and is non-transferable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled makeup service without any penalty. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled service, the customer will be charged 100% of the expected cost. Any changes to the contract within 72 hours of the makeup service will result in the customer being charged the full amount agreed upon in the contract. Exceptions: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of the makeup artist or company. Communication: It is important for customers to communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary charges and inconvenience.
